MANDARIN TEACHER

Job description: 

  • Prepare Mandarin lessons and resources which inspire students to make maximum progress
  • Teach Mandarin classes as designated
  • Monitor the performance of students through Assessments and keep relevant records of progress
  • Assist in implementing co-curricular activities of the International School

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree / Bachelor's Degree in Chinese Studies / a related discipline 
  • At least 3 years and above of teaching experience in Mandarin in an International Secondary School
  • IT literate
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

 

Business Support Unit

MARKETING OFFICER

Job description: 

  • Assist the Marketing Manager in developing and implementing Marketing Plans
  • Counsel and guide prospects by providing updated and relevant information related to the School
  • Play a leadership role in the development and implementation of advertising and promotional activities, eg. Open Days, Fairs, Previews, Assimilation Programmes, etc.
  • Identify and implement new marketing and promotional activities to support the development of Sri KDU Schools through market intelligence planning and implementing efficient and effective sales and marketing strategies

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Proficient in English
  • Experience in Customer Service, preferably in the Education / Service industry
  • Experience in Counselling, Marketing and Promotion activities will be an added advantage
  • Able to assist with Strategic Management and Business Development Plans

HEAD OF SECURITY

Job description:

  • Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures
  • Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses
  • Recruit, train and supervise security officers and guards
  • Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs
  • Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events
  • Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms
  • Review reports on incidents and breaches
  • Investigate and resolve issues
  • Create reports for management on security status
  • Analyze data to form proposals for improvements (e.g. implementation of new technology)

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Security Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in similar capacity
  • Maintaining close liaison with relevant authorities including the Police Force (PDRM) / BOMBA
  • Well-versed with Security Systems
  • Strong leadership skill and able to train, lead and supervise a team of security guards and supervisors
  • Willing to work long hours, night shift/weekends/public holidays
