Job description: 

  • Assist the Marketing Manager in developing and implementing Marketing Plans
  • Counsel and guide prospects by providing updated and relevant information related to the School
  • Play a leadership role in the development and implementation of advertising and promotional activities, eg. Open Days, Fairs, Previews, Assimilation Programmes, etc.
  • Identify and implement new marketing and promotional activities to support the development of Sri KDU Schools through market intelligence planning and implementing efficient and effective sales and marketing strategies


  • Diploma / Degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Proficient in English
  • Experience in Customer Service, preferably in the Education / Service industry
  • Experience in Counselling, Marketing and Promotion activities will be an added advantage
  • Able to assist with Strategic Management and Business Development Plans


Job description:

  • Oversee all M&E and C&S works, air-conditioner, fire protection and fire alarm systems, lift systems
  • Prepare checklists, work schedules and reports
  • Maintain systematic records for maintenance and auditing purposes
  • Assist in renewal of Generator Set Certificate with TNB
  • Ensure that the electrical-mechanical systems are operating as designed
  • Assisting in supervising contractor personnel in servicing programs, such as lift servicing, lubrication, etc
  • Getting quotations for electrical spare parts
  • Liaise with utilities providers such as TNB, Gas Malaysia, MBPJ and government regulatory bodies on utility services and compliance issues


  • Candidate must posses at least an A4 Professional Certificate from Suruhanjaya Tenaga
  • Minimum of 1 - 2 years of working experience related field
  • Specializing in Maintenance & Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent
  • Building maintenance knowledge
  • Knowledge in Electricity Supply Act and Electricity Regulations are essential
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia with computer literacy

Job description:

  • Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures
  • Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses
  • Recruit, train and supervise security officers and guards
  • Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs
  • Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events
  • Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms
  • Review reports on incidents and breaches
  • Investigate and resolve issues
  • Create reports for management on security status
  • Analyze data to form proposals for improvements (e.g. implementation of new technology)


  • Diploma/Degree in Security Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in similar capacity
  • Maintaining close liaison with relevant authorities including the Police Force (PDRM) / BOMBA
  • Well-versed with Security Systems
  • Strong leadership skill and able to train, lead and supervise a team of security guards and supervisors
  • Willing to work long hours, night shift/weekends/public holidays
